Delivered means final.

Once your gift link has been sent to your Discord DMs or your order page, the order is complete. It can't be refunded, returned or swapped for any reason.

Your own mistakes aren't refundable.

The wrong item, variant or quantity, the wrong Discord account, or the wrong coin, network or amount. Check before you pay. We'll help where we can, but we can't refund it.

“Auto-claimed” is not a valid claim.

Every link leaves us unclaimed. Our system buys and delivers it, and has no way to redeem a gift. A link that turns out to be claimed was claimed after it reached you, by a bot or sniper on the receiving account or by someone you shared it with. No refund, no replacement.

A redeemed item can't be returned.

Once claimed, it belongs to that Discord account for good. Discord gives us no way to reverse or move it.

Crypto payments are final.

Send exactly the amount on your order page, to that order's address, on the network it names. Crypto can't be reversed, and overpayments aren't refunded.

How a refund is paid

Same coin, same network.

It goes back in the coin you paid with, on the same network, to a wallet address you give us in a support ticket.

The amount we received, minus the network fee to send it back.

Refunds are paid in crypto, not dollars. If the price moved in between, that isn't adjusted.

Order cancelled after you paid? The rules above decide what happens to the payment. Open a support ticket with your order number.

• Your balance comes from crypto top-ups and any store credit we add, such as refunds.
• It's shown in US dollars and can be spent on collectibles in the shop at checkout. Top-ups can only be paid for with crypto.
• Once it's in your balance, it stays there. It can't be withdrawn, moved to another account or refunded in crypto. It's for orders.
• If an order you paid from your balance is cancelled, or not everything in it is delivered, the undelivered part comes back to your balance.
• Your balance doesn't expire.
• It belongs to the Discord account you signed in with. A balance tied to fraud or chargeback attempts can be frozen.

• Choose an amount from $5.00 to $500.00 in US dollars. The minimum may be higher for your chosen coin.
• A top-up is a separate order, paid for in crypto. You can't pay for one with your existing balance or combine it with collectible purchases.
• Once payment confirms, the amount you selected is added to the balance of the Discord account you ordered with.
• Your order page shows when the top-up is complete, and the credit appears in your balance activity. There is no gift code to redeem or send to someone else.
• After the funds are credited, the store balance rules above apply.

• You log in with Discord to order. That's what lets our bot DM your gift link. Without it, delivery isn't possible.
• We accept Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), and USDT and USDC on the Solana network. Prices are in US dollars and converted at the live rate when you check out. Payments are processed by NOWPayments.
• Every order gets its own payment address, used for nothing else. Pay only to the address on that order's page, and never reuse one from an older order.
• Send the exact amount shown. Paying from an exchange? Make sure the full amount arrives, since withdrawal fees come out of your side.
• USDT and USDC: send them on Solana only. Coins sent on any other network, like Ethereum or Tron, aren't picked up and may be impossible to recover.
• Underpaid: your order page shows what arrived and what's left. Send the rest to the same address within 24 hours and the order carries on by itself. If it doesn't arrive in time, or you ask us to cancel, the order closes and what arrived is handled under the refund rules.
• Overpaid: the extra isn't refunded. Check the amount before you send.
• Late payments: each checkout shows a 30 minute timer. If your payment lands after it runs out, we still pick it up. If your order page hasn't updated within an hour, contact support with your transaction ID.

• Orders are made one at a time, so delivery is usually 5 to 15 minutes after your payment confirms. It can take longer when we're busy or Discord is slow.
• Gift links go to your Discord DMs, and they're also on your order page while you're logged in with the account that ordered.
• Keep your DMs open to members of our server. If your privacy settings block our bot, the order still counts as delivered. You can get your link from your order page.
• Quantities above one are bought as separate units. If something fails part way through, we deliver every unit that worked and refund or finish the rest.

• We cover our own failures. If we don't deliver, deliver the wrong item, or something breaks on our side, we fix it or refund it.
• Not covered: a link reported as “already claimed” or “auto-claimed”, links you posted or shared that someone else redeemed, the wrong item, variant, quantity or account chosen by you, overpayments, and changing your mind.
• Raise a claim within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
• Why “auto-claimed” can't be covered: a link is always unclaimed when it leaves us. Whatever redeems it happens on the receiving side, and Discord gives us no way to see who claimed a code or to reverse it. We can't insure what we can neither cause nor check.

• We never ask for your Discord password, token or 2FA code. Anyone asking for those is not us.
• Logging in with Discord shares your public profile: your name, avatar, banner, badges and profile items.
• It also adds you to our Discord server, because our bot can only DM your gift links to members. You can leave the server any time, but then gift links arrive on your order page only.
• When you log in, we record your IP address and look up its approximate location and network type, including whether it's a VPN, with a third-party service. It's used to prevent fraud, only our staff can see it, and it's deleted after 90 days.
• We can't read your messages, see your other servers or act on your account.
• Redeeming a Discord gift doesn't put your account at risk. It's the same as accepting a gift from a friend.
• Buy only through this site or our official Discord. We aren't responsible for anything bought from someone claiming to represent us.

• No fake payment claims, made-up non-delivery reports or chargeback attempts. They cost real money and end in a permanent ban.
• Reselling is allowed, so buy as much as you like. Support and warranty stay with you as the buyer, not with whoever you sell to.
• No scraping or ordering scripts against this site.
• Abuse toward our staff ends support for that order.
• We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel one you paid for and nothing was delivered, you get a full refund.

• Our prices are lower because of how we source items. Nothing is stolen, hacked or charged back.
• Prices and availability follow Discord's shop. Discord can withdraw an item at any time. If that happens before we buy yours, you're refunded in full.
• The regular prices and savings we show compare our price with Discord's regular price, converted to US dollars.

• Previews on this site, including the Wardrobe, are made to look like Discord, but items can look slightly different in the app.
• Anything you change in a preview, like a custom avatar, banner, name or theme, stays on this site. It's never uploaded and never changes your Discord account.
• Outfit codes only describe a look. Sharing one doesn't share your account or your purchases.

• decorate.gg is independent. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc.
• Discord, its collectibles and their artwork belong to their owners.

• We may update these terms. The version that was live when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
• Something unclear? Ask before you order, not after.
